New Dan Murphy’s retail outlet in the beautiful Bellerive suburb of greater Hobart area, Tasmania. Vargaconsult have been engaged to provide consulting engineering services for building services including ESD services.

The project includes partial demolition and redevelopment of the existing Cricket Centre building in Percy Street and building of a new approx. 1400m2 Dan Murphy’s retail outlet complete with reworking of external car park. Our team has been engaged to review and design the necessary site infrastructure reconfigurations and provide building services design documentation including all authority supplies and associated metering, low-voltage primary electrical supply, stand-by diesel generator, uninterruptible power supply, power factor correction, power and communications reticulations, general interior and retail area shop lighting, external, landscape and carpark lighting, programmable energy management system, security, closed circuit television, public address, background music and customer call systems, fresh air ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire detection and occupant warning systems.
