The Catholic Regional College (CRC) have decided to further develop their Caroline Springs campus with the addition of a new Specialist & Admin Building replacing the existing old Music/Art/Drama building in place. The proposed new building would be located in the south-east corner of the campus near the intersection of College Street and Police Close.

Building services works include the augmentation and reconfiguration of existing power supply distribution, cold water, trade waste, sewer drainage, hydrant and hose reel reticulations, sprinkler protection, occupant warning system, data/voice distribution, general fresh-air ventilation, exhaust air extraction and air-conditioning systems, general lighting and power reticulations, multi-zoned digital addressable lighting control system, security services including intruder alarm, CCTV and access control services.

Vargaconsult have been engaged to provide all building services consulting engineering services for the project, including mechanical, electrical, communications, security, fire safety and hydraulics services.
