Specialist music and effects sounds studio redevelopment project in South Yarra, including the repartitioning of the existing office space and the creation of a new Dolby Atmos compliant studio as well as further 2 new video edit studios and 1 new audio edit studio.

This project set a very stringent operational noise criterion against building services, specifically the fresh air ventilation, air-conditioning and exhaust air extraction services. Subjected to zero-tolerance policy, these services were not permitted to compromise in any way the deafening silence required within the spaces due to the special nature of the studio works.
