Design competition hosted by city council aiming to showcase the next generation of low-density homes for the 21st Century, focusing on wellness of occupants, sustainable outcomes and cost of operation.

Part of the overall design concept is a holistic energy management mix including comprehensive smart home automation system, cutting-edge soft off-grid electricity trading system, heat-pump heating/cooling system with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting system and solar hot water system.

Besides the above, the project also aims to provide feasible answer to the challenges of our rapidly changing world by catering for a convenient working-from-home lifestyle while keeping to a strictly set budget.
