Our consultant team has been selected by the developer to provide engineering services including mechanical, electrical, communications, security, hydraulics and fire services as well as ESD services.

The project includes the building of a new 4-storey residential block, comprising basement car park with car-stacker, ground floor retail shops and restaurants and residential apartments over two levels above served with passenger lift.

Building services include all site infrastructure connections such as electricity, cold water, trade waste and sewer drainage, associated authority and embedded metering, photovoltaic power generation, fire booster, hydrant and hose reels, smoke detection and smoke alarm systems, NBN fibre optic distribution, free-to-air and cable TV services, general fresh-air ventilation, exhaust air extraction and air-conditioning systems, general lighting and power, security services including CCTV and intercom services.
