Greenfield development project for The Church of Jesus Christ of L.D.S on a large, 26600m2 empty lot in Pakenham. Stage 1 works include the building of a new approx. 680 sqm meeting house comprising multiple meeting rooms, main multipurpose hall, offices, kitchen and amenities. Externally approx. 64-car parking area including DDA and motorbike lots, footpaths and landscaping works.

Vargaconsult have been appointed consulting engineers to provide all building services and ESD reporting for the project. These include all public utilities connections, new high-voltage substation, gas, cold water and sewer drainage supplies, metering and reticulations, general electrical power and lighting, additional photovoltaic power generation system, external electric vehicle charging station and car park flood lighting, communications, security and access control services, fresh air ventilation and air-conditioning systems, hot, cold and tepid water, rainwater harvesting and reuse, solar hot water system, sewer, condensate and trade waste drainage reticulations, fire hydrants and hose reels.
